Moments like these are exactly why I bought my new point and shoot digital camera a month or so back. I can't help myself...he is so cute and snuggly and silly. Today he didn't get to nap all day, so he thought he would crash out on his favorite couch.

What to do inColorado Springs...

When they book you out of Dulles at 6 AM in the morning and you get to your destination at 9 AM ? You go to your local office, look at e mails, and then go site seeing! and Shopping! I don't have my meeting till tomorrow, so i spent the day driving thru the Garden of the Gods, driving thru Manitou Springs and just enjoying the lovely weather. So after I get some groceries in the tummy, i will do some really work again and get ready for my meetings in the AM. and it is HARD to stay on your diet/eating right when you travel. Let's see what I can find tonight....mmmmmm steak is sounding good, and there is a Bennigan's right next door, as well as a Macaroni Grill. Fire Grilled Sirlon or Arugula Steak Salad ? Decisions , decisions

the 'Studio'

the font of my creativity.....it actually looks neater in the pictures than it does when i am sitting there and creating. But I hate messyness and i spend as much time putting stuff away, organizing and throwing stuff out as i do making stuff. My little laptop looks lost on the desk, but as slow as it is, I LOVE my little 12" MAC. It's like an old friend, always there to open a window on the world of art, messages and anything else I dare to search for.

The butterfly is for a friend's pal, who is giving it to her daughter in law. the in Law's husband is in Iraq, so she is trying to give the daughter in law something butterfly, which she likes, every month to keep her spirits up. How can I charge someone for that sentiment?

Yes, Ruby IS a cheap date!

How do I know? Well, back in the day, for $1.25, you could get a Nathans hot dog and a soda. Then , for $2.00 , split 3 ways, a side order of fries. Yumm..delish! can't get any better than that! Well some of scooter's co workers , as well as Ruby, still enjoy that mystery meat hot dog! And all the condiments you can heap on the damn thing.
