Namaste -" I honor the devine in you"

A scribble of how I felt on my flight down to Huntsville last week, when once again I was stuck with a seat mate who was a tad larger than the seat. I got so frustrated, I drew a pissed off Scooter...and scribbled the following next to it in my sketchbook..

"When you're frazzled , pissed off, scared, hurt, missing someone badly,and/or need a hug and everything is twirling around in your brain.....remember, Take Deep Breaths..."

Good advice ...and live in the moment, since what you do in the moment affects the future you are worried about now.

My bud Jack in Colorado Springs made the mistake of telling me this little story about him going out with his daughter and friends...and with the help of a little bit of adult beverages, ended up re-enacting the dance on the bar scene from "Coyote Ugly" movie...you go to know Jack, he is the sweetest guy around and so even keeled, but with a twinkle in his eye can def be some fun. I could just see him up there, giving new meaning to "White Men Can't Jump".

Scooterism number 4 - get outside your comfort zone! no matter how old. Perhpas this is directly related to the first drawing of Jack - and a lesson for us all.
