as you can see this one ain't done, but working on it, adn taking a different turn for the experiments...abstract art meets folks art on yet another kitchen cabinet door salvaged from Habitat for Humanities, ReStore.

Death of a squirrel and new art...

One of the many squirrels around the house that has given up its stuffing for the amusment of the little bitty beastie..this was this mornings latest disembowelment, and I swear I am goint to round them all up and take a graveyard picture of them...



and on the newlife side, yesterday was a haif coiffing day , a stop at Michael's only to find a huge sale going on ['nuff said, you know i bought stuff], and then a stop at the Habitat for Humanity's ReStore, where i wonder the stuff looking for raw material for inspiration and repurposeful art materials...so, here is another work in progress

the photo's sux because i used my cell camera instead of a real one. Experimenting with what is called Conte crayons..trying to get used to them and use my fingers as a blending stick. So now i have greys and blacks and browns all over my hands. Guess i should wash em before bed time, huh?

Not only do engineers talk all the time....LOL...so does Ruby. some taking heads during meetings and some tired hallucinations as well.

Every been to a meeting that is full of engineers and adult ADD , so that during a briefing and a comment is made, all of a sudden several conversations erupt, everyone is trying to make their point, cutting other people off and all you hear is blah blah blah blah ......

Don't go Mommy...

My little boz jumped in the office chair, where my work computer is right now, after he saw me bring down my suitcase, getting ready to blast off for travel yet again. I lost track of him and when i walked in the office here at home, this is the sad face that greeted me.

He misses his mommy as much as mommy misses him....travel sux.

Seton Crafters Fall Bazaaar this coming weekend

I finished some of my re purposed art just in time for the St Elizabeth Ann Seton church Fall Bazaar and Crafts fair, that i have done for a few years now with my neighbor Kelly. Its in Lake Ridge on Valleywood Drive, if you are so inclined to come and check it and me out. :-)

hours are Sat 0900AM - 2:00 PM and 6:00- 8:00 PM
and Sunday is 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Not a huge fair, but each year they have had interesting things for sale by local and some NC vendors.
